Family Reports

A family report is an assessment to understand the impact for the children of the parents’ proposals for how they spend time with the members of their family.  It can help parents to reach agreement or be information the Judge can use if they are required to make the decisions about this.

Child Inclusive Dispute Resolution

The family consultant interviews the children and the parents to assist the children to participate in the decisions about how they spend time between households. Feedback is provided either by way of a brief assessment or directly to the parents during dispute resolution.

Child and Family Therapy

Sometimes the best way to resolve problems within a separated family is to talk to each other to develop new ways to work together as parents.

Therapy can help children and parents better cope and understand how they are feeling. It can provide ideas about what might be causing problems and how to change this.
